Approach

Step 1

A free consultation where we discuss what you would like to work on. During this time, we will discuss what issues you are facing and what your ideal outcome would be. We will talk through the format of the sessions to ensure you know what to expect and you can ask any clarification questions.


Step 2

We follow the consultation with two in-person or virtual sessions depending on your preference. The first session is an “exploratory” session, where we focus on the root cause of your patterns/behaviours. Think of this as the deep dive, collecting all the information that you need to make an accurate assessment of an issue. After this session there are exercises you will need to complete before the second session.

During the second session we will work on transforming what you learnt in the first session into something positive and something that will help you create the life you want. After this session you will have a clear perspective of the way forward.


Step 3

After that you are not on your own. We enter what I like to call the “maintenance” phase and keep working together for as long as you want.
